Smart charging and sharing management system for power providers and electric vehicle owners

The Project

SmartCharge.AI is an intelligent system for managing electric vehicle charging and sharing, benefiting both power providers and residential electric vehicle owners.

For power providers, SmartCharge.AI will offer a dashboard and management platform that will enable them to:

•       Shift charging outside of peak periods

•       Offer dedicated packages for charging of electric vehicles

•       Accurately measure and bill electricity consumed by their customers' electric vehicles

•       Gather usage statistics for network planning purposes

•       Perform partial or full load shedding during power surges or grid restoration

•       Effectively communicate with their customers via the mobile app

The platform will be licensed to power providers on a per-user monthly subscription basis and will work alongside the a free mobile application for users.

For electric vehicle owners, SmartCharge.AI will offer a mobile application that:

•       Manages the control and sharing of vehicle charging at home

•       Saves costs, as owners won’t need to make expensive upgrades to their electrical supply

•       Works with most electric vehicles and any type of charging station available on the market 

•       Analyzes users' historical and anticipated usage with the help of intelligent algorithms

•       Provides automated notifications to users for simplified charging management.

In essence, a "PLUG and FORGET" smart charging management app that automates and optimizes electric vehicle charging at home in a cost-effective and stress-free manner.
